Livermore City Launches Public Records Request Online Portal

The new portal allows requesters to check the status of their request as well as providing a FAQ section.

On May 11, the City launched a new public records request portal called GovQA. Those searching for city records including Police records will now be able to log in and submit their request online instead of applying in person or via email. The new portal allows requesters to check the status of their request as well as providing a FAQ section that can redirect those looking for records that are maintained by outside agencies, such as Alameda County.
