Survey Module
The
GovQA platform provides informal
ways to capture input from citizens.
This typically involves asking citizens
whether feedback and processing
on service, information or messages
was helpful and obtaining any impromptu
feedback associated with that event.
The GovQA Survey Modules provides
government staff with a more formal
avenue to solicit and capture citizen
feedback. Using the GovQA automated
survey utility, government staff
can create a variety of survey types
then administer the survey either
on the website, through email or
in conjunction with a call center.
Feedback can be collected over phone,
web or in person. It is collected
and organized with accompanying
analytics to give government staff
a complete view of citizen feedback.
