view across all departments.
Government managers and officials
appreciate this centralized perspective
because they do not have to go to
individual departments to collect
information and report status. In
some cases, governments give elected
officials access to the GovQA platform
in order to pull up information
on specific situations when a citizen
contacts an official directly. In
this case, GovQA's centralized information
helps standardize all responses
to citizens so that there are no
inconsistencies.

citizens: Because GovQA can collect

view to citizens of their individual
requests for information and service
in an area called "My City" or "My
