Alert Module
To
round out the capture and handling
of inbound requests and messages,
GovQA offers a proactive set out
outbound communication capabilities.
The GovQA Alert Module
is an outbound communication facility
that captures citizen registration
so that the local government can
keep them notified.
Usually citizens use the GovQA
Alert Module to register email
contact information for email
notification of events and information,
but GovQA can also capture phone
registration to collaborate with
Interactive Voice Response systems
and Call Centers for direct phone
notification. When connecting
with citizens through email, GovQA
Alert Modules allows documents,
links, photographs or almost any
supporting information to be integrated
into the message to citizens.
The Alert Module includes two
capabilities:
• The provision of regular outbound
communication to citizens. This
includes the distribution of newsletters
and notices to registered citizens.
• The notification and distribution
of information in a crisis situation.
This includes issuing an alert
communication to registered citizens.
providing information and contact
information to outbound call centers
that are contacting citizens,
and integrating information and
contact data with outbound automated
calling systems.
